What to Expect?
My approach is movement and body-based. When you’re stuck, your posture changes, your eyes tend to freeze and your breathing becomes shallow.
Over the last 35-plus years, I have gotten pretty good at reading the body's indicators of stress, and knowing how to get my clients moving and expressing themselves fully and freely.
I use stories, visualization, integrative exercises and theater games to challenge, encourage and inspire.
I tailor my work with each client to meet their unique needs. Some clients like to focus on strategy. Others are ready for internal housecleaning—clearing out old, unproductive ways of being and developing effective new habits. For many it's a mix of both.
You will find that no two sessions are the same because your energy level, emotional state and mindset vary from day to day.
And like all coaches, I listen. A lot. I listen with my ears and my whole body, and I also 'listen' using Energy Kinesiology techniques.
What’s Energy Kinesiology?
A sage once said, "Don't believe everything you think." Energy kinesiology is a way of bypassing the know-it-all mind and communicating with your brain-body system.
I use muscle-testing as an investigative tool, as well as a way to prioritize what might be needed to best support you in the moment.
Energy kinesiology is also an approach to well-being. In our sessions, you'll learn to monitor your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
You'll be delighted to discover that when you get all bollixed up, there is a lot you can do on your own to get yourself back in balance, on a daily basis!
